Marketing Specialist – Google, SEO & Digital Platforms

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
Working Time Zone: Must work on Central Standard Time (U.S.)

About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing Google-based marketing platforms, SEO, and website integration. This role is ideal for someone who understands how digital systems work together to drive visibility, rankings, and measurable results.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing online presence across Google Business Profiles, paid ads, websites, and tracking systems, while working within structured workflows and CRMs.
Core Responsibilities
Google & Local Search
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
• Improve local rankings through keyword strategy, posting, reviews, and profile optimization
• Integrate websites with Google Business Profiles for higher visibility and authority
Paid Advertising
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and apply search intent strategies
• Monitor performance, conversions, and ROI
SEO & Listings Management
• Execute on-page and basic technical SEO best practices
• Use SEMRUSH for:
• Keyword research
• Competitor analysis
• Rank tracking
• Manage, correct, and maintain business listings (NAP consistency, directories, citations)
Tracking & Analytics
• Implement and manage tracking phone numbers to measure marketing platform performance
• Understand attribution across platforms (organic, paid, local, referral)
• Work with analytics and reporting dashboards
Website & Systems
• Perform basic updates and integrations in WordPress
• Coordinate marketing tasks through workflow CRMs such as:
• Monday
• Asana
• HubSpot
• or similar systems
• Follow documented processes and update task status consistently
Required Experience & Skills
• Proven experience with Google Business Profile management
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
• SEO experience (local + foundational on-page)
• Hands-on experience with SEMRUSH
• Understanding of business listings and citation management
• Familiarity with call tracking / tracking numbers
• Basic WordPress skills (no advanced coding required)
• Experience working in structured CRMs or project management systems, e.g., Monday, Asana, HubSpot, or similar
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
