About the Role -

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our growing real estate marketing team.

I’m a real estate agent with eXp Realty, using over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to help other agents grow their businesses. I train, mentor, and recruit real estate professionals who partner with us to leverage our proven tools, systems, and marketing funnels.

You’ll be an essential part of the team—helping us create and automate marketing systems that generate high-quality leads, attract agents, and build brand awareness.

???? Responsibilities -

- Build and manage marketing funnels and automations inside Go High Level (GHL)
- Create high-converting landing pages, lead capture forms, and email sequences
- Set up workflows, triggers, and follow-up campaigns for leads and clients
- Design branded graphics, email newsletters, and marketing assets (Canva or Adobe)
- Write and format email campaigns and newsletters for real estate and agent recruitment
- Track results and help improve performance through data and analytics
- Assist with social media content scheduling and repurposing

? Qualifications

Must have experience using Go High Level (GHL)

Experience with email marketing and automation workflows

Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)

Experience with funnel design, CRM automation, and landing page creation

Excellent written English and attention to detail

Self-starter with great communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Real estate marketing experience is a big plus
