Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: 9 PM PHP time to 3 AM PHP time
Location: Remote – Philippines
Start Date: ASAP – Must be available to interview and start immediately
Payment: Weekly via Wise
Time Tracking: TimeProof required
Contract: NDA + Employment Contract required
Note: We are a U.S. Government Contractor

HouseSensationsArt is a growing U.S.-based manufacturing and e-commerce company specializing in custo ---------- tal signs, business signage, LED signs, and personalized products. Our products are made in the USA and sold nationwide through Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.

We are building a remote marketing team in the Philippines and are looking for a dependable and experienced Marketing & Social Media Team Lead to help manage and grow our online presence. This will be an entry level postion with room to grow.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Team Lead who can manage daily marketing tasks, oversee social media content, coordinate campaigns, and help drive traffic and sales to our online stores. This role will also be responsible for leading and managing a small marketing team of 3–5 remote tea ---------- mbers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable guiding a team while executing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 3–5 marketing tea ---------- mbers
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Manage and oversee daily social media posting and content scheduling
Coordinate marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Create and oversee marketing content, including graphics, product visuals, and promotional materials
Assist with content creation and brand storytelling across platforms
Work with designers and marketing staff to develop graphics and marketing assets
Coordinate with our SEO, advertising, and product teams
Monitor engagement, comments, and customer interactions across social platforms
Track marketing performance and report results to management
Assist with launching new product promotions and seasonal campaigns
Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Assist with influencer outreach and partnership opportunities
Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts

Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Experience leading or supervising a marketing team
Experience with content creation and graphic design
Experience managing business social media accounts
Must have prior experience or knowledge of Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.


Required Skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage tasks and keep projects organized
Experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience targeting
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign strategy
Reliable internet connection and dependable work habits


Preferred Skills
Experience with e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
Experience with SEO and keyword research
Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
Experience managing remote marketing teams
