We specialize in executive transportation, airport transfers, conventions, entertainment logistics, VIP events, and corporate travel. Our fleet includes luxury SUVs, executive sprinters, limo sprinters, minibuses, party buses, and motorcoaches, serving clients in Las Vegas and nationwide.

We are an established, stable company looking for a long-term team member — not a short-term project.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to grow our online presence and bring in new corporate business.

We already have a large library of professional photo and video content ready to go. We need someone who can turn it into consistent, engaging marketing that actually drives bookings — and who can run paid ads that generate leads at a profitable cost.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable both creating content and managing real ad budgets.

What You'll Do
AEO GEO
Paid Advertising (a major focus)
Manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
Monitor daily spend, cost per lead, and conversion performance
Adjust bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creative to lower cost per lead
Report weekly on spend, leads generated, and cost per lead
Social Media
Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Write captions, hashtags, and post copy that reflect our luxury brand
Edit and repurpose our existing photo and video content for each platform
Grow our following and engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from social media

Email Marketing & Outreach
Send email campaigns to companies, hotels, event planners, and corporate travel coordinators
Build and manage email lists and outreach sequences
Set up marketing automations and funnels (HighLevel / GoHighLevel strongly preferred)
AI Marketing & Search Visibility
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to speed up content creation, ad copy, and email writing
Help make sure our business shows up when people ask AI assistants (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity) for luxury transportation in Las Vegas
Keep our Google Business Profile and online directory listings accurate and optimized
Coordination
Work with our sales and operations teams on promotions and new corporate accounts
Track and report on campaign performance and lead results
Required Experience
Proven hands-on Google Ads experience — you have personally built and managed campaigns and controlled real ad spend
Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Experience running paid social ads through Meta Ads Manager
Strong written English for captions, emails, and marketing copy

Email marketing and business outreach experience
Basic photo and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
Able to work independently, stay organized, and post consistently without being chased
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
Preferred Experience
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) CRM and marketing automation
Google Ads certification
B2B email marketing and lead generation
Short-form video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels
SEO and Google Business Profile management
Experience with luxury, hospitality, travel, or transportation brands
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in daily work
Compensation & Growth
