Type: Part-time to start (20 hrs/week), can grow to full-time
Schedule: Flexible daily hours + one weekly/every other week 1hr meeting during US Mountain Time hours
What this job is: You own our marketing execution. Your job is to generate more booked patients at a lower cost by running and improving google/Meta/Local ads, producing weekly content, and keeping our Wix website updated for offers and SEO. This is not a “post and hope” role. It’s a marketing and creative role with weekly accountability.
What you will do (weekly)
Run our paid ads (Google,
Update campaigns, budgets, keywords/audiences, and ad copy
Launch monthly split tests (new offers, hooks, creatives, targeting)
Improve results over time: cost per booked patient
Create and post content (Static you create it yourself, Videos + others content will be provided for editing)
Create and publish weekly social content (posts + short videos)
Maintain our social accounts with consistent, brand-aligned content (shorts from videos provided etc)
Create marketing materials (you design it yourself)
Flyers, promo graphics, patient education visuals, simple videos
Assets used online and inside the office
Update/maintain our Wix website + SEO
Add/update offers, service pages, events, and content
Improve on-page SEO basics (titles, headers, internal links, meta descriptions)
Weekly reporting + meeting

This role is for someone who:
Works without being constantly told what to do (Will give you the goals you need to be capable of knowing how to get there)
Ships creative every week (not “waiting on direction”)
Thinks in experiments and numbers (tests ? results ? next test)
Is consistent and organized (checklists, tracking, follow-through)
Can take feedback fast and improve without ego
Minimum requirements:
You have personally managed Google Ads and Meta
You can create your own creatives: Canva (required) + basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
You can write clear marketing copy (hooks, offers, CTAs)
You can edit/update a Wix website and handle basic on-page SEO
You can deliver clean weekly reports (shared Excel sheet) and attend one weekly meeting in Mountain Time

How we hire
