JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a proactive, tech-savvy, and creative Virtual Assistant ready to support a high-impact professional? We’re looking for someone with strong English skills, Canva/Photoshop experience, social media management expertise, and a sales-savvy mindset. Bonus if you know other languages like Spanish, French or Polish!

What You’ll Do:
You'll be supporting a high-performing, global-minded professional with day-to-day admin, customer/sales support, and marketing initiatives. Your tasks will include:

Executive & Customer Support
• Customer correspondence (technical writing proficiency is a must, and using AI platforms is encouraged)
• Create polished graphics and documents using Canva or Photoshop
• Manage calendars, host webinars, and facilitate virtual meetings
• Coordinate and follow up with leads and prospects

Creative & Marketing Tasks
• Manage social media platforms, scheduling, and engagement
• Utilize AI tools and systems for content creation and optimization
• Design sales presentations (PowerPoint proficiency is a must!)
• Advertise webinar and virtual events (WordPress experience is a plus!)

Sales Support
• Prepare and send quotes to leads and customers
• Cold calling when needed
• Send mass emails (email campaign) and assist in lead generation
• Support future client acquisition efforts

• Has excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and resourceful
• Self-motivated and explores options before asking questions
• Can confidently make decisions on certain situations if the client is not available
• Has a bubbly personality – approachable, not afraid to speak up, knows when to talk and when to listen
• Highly detail-oriented and can follow instructions diligently (like your life depended on it!)

Tech & Infrastructure Requirements: To ensure a smooth and efficient remote work experience, applicants must have:
• Intel i5 10th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher)
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Device (laptop or PC) must be less than 3 years old
• Stable internet: 50–100 Mbps, with a backup connection
• Quality webcam, mic, and headset
