Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote | Approx. 20–25 Hours/Week)

Falcon Paper & Trading is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to help us improve our marketing presence, support lead generation, organize lead and customer information, run outreach and reactivation campaigns, and bring more structure to our marketing and sales support efforts.

This is a practical, execution-focused remote role for someone who is strong in written English, organized in their work, comfortable using modern digital tools, and able to manage recurring tasks with consistency and follow-through. We are not looking for a fluffy social media marketer or a pure salesperson. We need someone who can support marketing, lead generation, outreach, organization, and campaign execution in a way that is useful and measurable.

About Us
Falcon Paper & Trading is a paper trading and recycling company based in Miami. We work with paper, cardboard, recycling programs, inventory movement, and operational solutions for businesses. We are looking for someone who can help us build a stronger marketing presence while also supporting lead generation, sales-related follow-up, outreach, and customer organization.

Important to Know
We currently do not have a strong social media presence, so part of this role will involve helping us build and organize that presence from the ground up across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram in a practical and professional way.

Hours
Approximately 20–25 hours per week. Some flexibility is okay, but some overlap with Miami business hours is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Organize and clean up lead lists, customer databases, and outreach records
* Support lead generation through research, list building, prospect identification, and outreach preparation
* Segment leads and customers by type, status, and opportunity
* Support outreach to current, inactive, and prospective clients
* Send inventory emails, reactivation campaigns, and other client-facing communications
* Help build and organize our social media presence from the ground up across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
* Help improve our website, Google presence, and digital marketing materials
* Support campaign creation, scheduling, and tracking
* Help coordinate review requests, marketing materials, and branding projects
* Assist with projects such as truck wrap coordination, one-pagers, and marketing assets
* Use modern digital and AI tools to improve speed, quality, and organization
* Report weekly on completed work, campaign activity, lead generation efforts, and next priorities

Who We’re Looking For

* Strong written English
* Highly organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets, lists, and systems
* Experience in marketing coordination, lead generation, sales support, campaign execution, outreach support, or related work
* Comfortable using a variety of modern AI and digital tools for research, writing, organization, and content support
* Able to work independently and turn ideas into finished work
* Good judgment, strong follow-through, and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving small business environment
* Experience with Canva or similar design tools, Google Workspace, CRM tools, email platforms, and social/media tools is a plus
* B2B, industrial, logistics, recycling, or operations-related experience is a plus
