We are an Australian-based custom joinery company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We work closely with builders, architects, and designers and are looking to grow our presence through strong sales support and consistent marketing.
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation, client follow-ups, and marketing activities across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads
Assist with preparing and sending quotations and proposals
Maintain and update the CRM / lead tracking system
Liaise with clients, builders, architects, and designers
Support the sales team with admin and documentation
Marketing
Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
Assist with content planning, captions, and scheduling
Support Google Ads and online marketing campaigns
Update website content and project listings as required
Assist with
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in sales support, marketing, or admin roles
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Confident phone manner and client communication skills
Experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram)
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience in construction, joinery, or building industries
Experience working with Australian businesses
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or basic SEO
Experience using CRM systems
