About the Role
We are hiring one person (no agencies) to help manage marketing across three brands. This role is structured and execution-focused but also requires independent thinking. You will not just post content. You will help turn content into conversations and opportunities.
Brands You Will Support
You will manage marketing for three brands: Select Auto Parts (SAP) – a local business focused on leads, calls, and customers. Alitura Group – an authority brand focused on LinkedIn, conversations, and lead generation. Automotive In Black (AIB) – a faceless video brand using AI tools, content repurposing, and consistent output. You must be comfortable switching between brands.
Responsibilities
Content Repurposing and Light Editing: Reuse existing content across all brands, perform light video editing (trim, captions, resizing), and create simple faceless videos for AIB using templates and AI tools.
Posting and Scheduling: Schedule content across platforms, maintain consistency and organization, and ensure nothing is delayed or missed.
Engagement and Conversations: Respond to comments and messages daily, start conversations (not just reply), and identify who is engaging versus potential leads.
Systems (GoHighLevel): Manage simple automations (comment to auto reply), tag and track leads, and monitor and continue conversations after automation.
Weekly Reporting: Report what content is working, who is engaging repeatedly, any potential leads or opportunities, and what should be improved next week.
Important
This role requires managing multiple brands, repurposing content, and light editing. If you prefer working on one brand only or only posting content, this role is not a fit.
