JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an organized, detail?oriented Marketing Project Manager and Team Leader with a strong technical background to help drive and coordinate our marketing initiatives in a fast?paced, remote environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading marketing projects and teams (planning, assigning tasks, tracking progress, reporting results)
- Hands?on experience across multiple marketing channels: social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC/paid ads, and basic SEO
- Experience managing creative production (graphics, video, landing pages, sales collateral) and coordinating with designers, writers, and developers
- Comfortable using marketing and collaboration tools (Meta/Google Ads, scheduling tools, basic CRM, analytics dashboards, project management platforms)
- Technical degree (engineering or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience
- Excellent English communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities, documentation habits, and attention to detail
- Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt plans based on data and feedback
- Comfortable leading remote meetings via Zoom and collaborating with distributed teams
