Marketing Project Manager, Executive Assistant, and AI Systems Specialist. Full-time, remote,

New Leaf Recovery. We're a new inpatient addiction rehabilitation and recovery center in Ontario, Canada, launching soon, and we're looking for an organized, resourceful marketing generalist to own our online presence from the ground up, while also supporting the business as a personal assistant and AI systems specialist. This is a hands-on role for someone who can juggle several priorities, lean heavily on AI tools to move fast, and knows when to bring in specialist help.

What you will do, marketing: manage our website build using an AI website builder, working with a developer if needed for anything complex. Drive our SEO strategy, using AI tools for keyword research, content drafts, and technical audits. Run social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including content planning, posting, and engagement. Support research into advertising compliance requirements, including LegitScript certification. Help draft website and blog content, using AI tools to speed up drafting, then editing for accuracy and tone. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentation decks.

AI systems and design: set up and manage AI agents to support key business functions, including accounting, legal, and consulting support. Contribute to a broader design plan for the business, using AI design and video tools where useful.

Business support: contribute ideas and research to support ongoing business planning. General research tasks as needed, covering competitors, vendors, and industry regulations. Administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and organizing documents. Assist with day to day tasks as our sole support hire, with responsibilities evolving as the business grows.

What we're looking for, first bullet: genuine expertise in AI tools and systems, able to configure and manage AI agents for real business functions, not just everyday prompting. Then: strong organizational and project management instincts. Solid marketing and SEO fundamentals. Excellent written and spoken English. Trustworthy and discreet. Comfortable wearing multiple hats as our sole hire. And a note that as a one-person operation, responsibilities will sometimes extend beyond this description, so flexibility is important.
