Job description:

RankStudio is a growing digital marketing, web development, and AI consulting company supporting a group of businesses based in the United States and Canada.

About the Role

RankStudio is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to work directly with our CEO, contributing to both the strategy and execution of projects across multiple company entities.

We are specifically looking for a proactive driver: someone who moves initiatives forward on their own initiative, not someone who waits for instructions.

Our CEO sets the high level goals for each initiative, and this person is expected to help shape those goals into concrete strategy and to lead the execution that follows. This is a role for someone who wants real input into how the work gets done, combined with the discipline and drive to make sure it actually gets finished.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of tasks and initiatives without waiting to be asked, and drive them to completion
Partner with the CEO to develop strategy and project plans based on high level goals
Bring ideas and recommendations forward proactively, rather than waiting to be asked
Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
Follow up with tea ---------- mbers and vendors to ensure nothing is missed
Identify risks and blockers early and recommend solutions
Push decisions forward when others are avoiding them, and address underperformance directly
Maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting for leadership visibility
Coordinate across marketing, web development, and operations functions

Ideal Background (any of the following):

Marketing Project Manager
Web Development Project Manager
Marketing Operations Manager
Senior marketing leadership experience, including CMO level roles, particularly for candidates who want to combine strategic input with hands on execution

Requirements:

A proven track record as a proactive driver: someone who starts things without being asked and pushes them through to completion
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute ideas, not just follow direction
Comfortable directly addressing underperformance or delays rather than escalating or avoiding them
Genuine, regular use of AI tools in daily work (we use Claude)
Digital marketing and/or web execution experience, such as SEO, campaigns, WordPress, or email marketing
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
Schedule and Compensation

Pacific time hours
Full time preferred; part time will be considered
Independent contractor role: no HMO or equipment provided, and other benefits
PHP 60,000 to 90,000 per month depending on experience
