Healthcare & Human Service Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Marketing Professional with expertise in AI-enabled marketing tools such as Blaze.AI, social media management, and online outreach. This role is integral to supporting the firm’s growth by expanding digital presence, increasing leads, and ensuring consistent, strategic branding across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Enabled Marketing & Content Creation
Utilize Blaze.AI and other AI-powered platforms to draft, optimize, and schedule high-quality marketing content across channels.
Generate and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, including
Continuously research and recommend emerging AI marketing tools to improve efficiency and impact.
Social Media Management & Online Outreach
Manage and grow the firm’s presence on LinkedIn,
Create, curate, and post engaging content to build brand awareness and community trust.
Monitor analytics to evaluate engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and support online community building.
Sales & Lead Generation Support
Assist in developing and implementing digital outreach strategies to attract potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with service offerings and strategic goals.
Develop landing pages, forms, and automations within CRM or marketing software to capture and nurture leads.
Branding & Communications
Ensure all marketing content and outreach efforts align with H&HS Consulting Group’s brand voice, mission, and equity-centered approach.
Support development of marketing collateral, slide decks, and proposal templates as needed.
Contribute to storytelling strategies that highlight client impact and the firm’s consulting expertise.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or above in marketing (digital, content marketing).
Strong business leadership experience and skills relating to marketing campaigns and/or brand development.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, AI-enabled marketing, or online outreach roles.
Advanced proficiency with Blaze.AI and familiarity with other AI marketing software (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT-4 for marketing workflows).
Demonstrated success in managing social media channels for brands or organizations, with knowledge of platform-specific strategies.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and nurturing sequences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Commitment to professional ethics, equity, and representing mission-driven brands.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing for consulting firms, nonprofits, healthcare, or human service organizations.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems for marketing integration.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools.
