Performance Creative Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Short Description
We are a Canada-based brand creating personalised party supplies and gifts — from face cutouts to banners and custom decorations that help people celebrate meaningful ---------- nts.

With a strong and loyal customer base, we are now expanding our reach through paid social advertising.

We are looking for a creative and performance-minded individual who can produce engaging visuals and videos that not only look good, but also drive real results.

This is a full-time remote role, with flexibility for part-time if needed.

What You’ll Do

Ad Creative Production
Create high-quality static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram (product, lifestyle, promotional)
Produce short-form video content such as reels, slideshows, and UGC-style ads
Develop multiple variations of creatives for testing
Format content for different placements and ad sizes

AI-Supported Creative Work
Use AI tools to speed up and scale creative production
Generate lifestyle mockups, backgrounds, and simple motion content
Explore and apply new tools to improve workflow efficiency

Performance Collaboration
Review ad performance and adjust creatives based on results
Work closely with the team to align creatives with campaign goals
Maintain a consistent brand style — warm, personal, and celebratory

Requirements
Experience creating content for Facebook or Instagram ads (not just organic posts)
A portfolio that includes both images and video work
Familiarity with at least two tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects
Interest in or experience using AI tools for creative work
Ability to work independently and deliver on brief
Good sense of design, layout, and brand consistency
Basic English communication skills

Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience with eCommerce, product-based brands, or lifestyle content
Basic understanding of Meta Ads structure or creative testing
Knowledge of hooks, messaging, and call-to-action in ads
