JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a mid-level marketing contractor (4+ years' experience) to help improve our online marketing and lead generation across two related businesses (AREGA and GRACE) — two different companies/services, but both benefit from the same style of exposure and marketing approach. This is a full-time, temporary position for 4–6 months.

Part of this role also involves training our team on how to use Google Ads effectively.

Responsibilities:

Launch and manage Google Ads for AREGA & GRACE, tracking cost per lead, appointments booked, close rate, revenue, and marketing ROI
Optimize Google Business Profiles for both companies
Improve website/business SEO performance (coordinate with our web designer as needed to maximize sites for search optimization)
Begin LinkedIn outreach for GRACE
Publish weekly content for AREGA and informational posts for GRACE
Request customer reviews
Aggressively pursue the channels producing the most qualified leads/clients for both companies
Create outreach scripts
Build lead lists
Run email marketing and referral campaigns
Social media posting (mainly for credibility and awareness, not as the primary lead source)
Train our team on Google Ads best practices and management

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in SEO
Experience managing Google Business Profiles
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (campaign setup, tracking, optimization)
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
Good communication skills for training sessions
Comfortable working across two related but distinct businesses
