JOB OVERVIEW

**ABOUT US**

We are a US marketing agency. We run Facebook and Google ads for outdoor lighting companies and we book estimates for them. We are small and growing fast, and we are building a real team, not looking for one-off help.

**THE ROLE IN ONE LINE**

You own our GoHighLevel setup across every client account, and you grow into running the ad campaigns that feed it.

**PART 1: GOHIGHLEVEL (this is the main job)**

- Build and fix workflows: speed to lead, appointment reminders, no show follow up, long term nurture
- Set up new client accounts from a checklist, and help us make that checklist faster every time
- Connect forms, landing pages, and webhooks so leads land in the right pipeline with the right tags
- Watch the pipelines daily and make sure no lead is sitting there ignored
- Keep calendars, pipelines, and tags clean and consistent across accounts
- Tell us when something is broken before a client does

**PART 2: META ADS (you will grow into this)**

This is a real part of the role, not an afterthought. Over time you will take over most of the day to day campaign work.

- Launch new client campaigns from our proven template. Same structure every time, new location and budget
- Duplicate and rotate creative as we ship new video from our editor
- Watch spend, leads, and cost per booked appointment, and flag what looks wrong
- Keep every account matching our written account standard

**You do not need to be an expert media buyer to get this job.** Our campaigns run off one proven template, so this is repeatable execution, not guesswork. If you already have Meta Ads Manager experience, say so clearly, because we will prioritize you and you will move into this part faster.

**WHAT WE NEED**

- Real hands on GoHighLevel experience. You have built workflows yourself, not just watched someone else do it
- You can explain why a workflow is not firing and then fix it
- Good written English
- Reliable during some US business hours (we will agree on the overlap)
- You notice small things. Wrong tag, wrong calendar, duplicate contact, and you catch it

**HELPS, NOT REQUIRED**

- Meta Ads Manager experience (see above, this moves you to the top of the list)
- Google Ads or Local Services Ads
- Zapier or Make
- Landing page building

**THE JOB**

- Start at 20 hours per week, moving to full time as we grow. We add clients every month
- Pay depends on experience. Tell us your rate
- Long term. We want one person who owns this, not a rotating crew
- We pay on time, every time
