JOB OVERVIEW
I’m looking for a part-time Marketing Operations & Website Support VA to support the implementation side of my business marketing systems and website.

This is not a senior brand or marketing strategy role. I’m looking for someone strong in implementation, systems, layout, organization, and follow-through.
About the Business
I run a fundraising consulting business that supports nonprofit organizations with strategy, campaigns, and systems. As the business grows, I’m looking for support with the operational side of marketing and website management so things stay clear, consistent, polished, and functional behind the scenes.
I already have website copy, marketing content, and a general direction for much of this work. I do not currently have a formal brand book or fully documented brand standards, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working from my existing website, content, and materials and helping bring greater consistency, polish, and clarity through implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make updates to my Squarespace website, including copy updates, formatting, layout cleanup, and blog post formatting
- Take existing website copy and approved content and turn it into visually polished, well-structured website pages with stronger hierarchy, readability, and flow
- Improve page structure, visual hierarchy, spacing, and presentation within Squarespace
- Set up, check, and test
- Help move or recreate forms from Typeform into ClickUp forms and make sure connected workflows and automations are functioning properly
- Test forms, automations, and backend workflows to make sure things are functioning properly
- Review website and marketing workflows and flag anything that appears broken, inconsistent, incomplete, or unclear
- Organize marketing assets, content, and workflow documentation
- Draft short-form social copy from approved source materials, including podcast episode summaries, newsletter content, website copy, or campaign messaging, for review and approval
- Support related implementation tasks such as formatting
- Assist periodically with basic client automation, form, or workflow implementation tasks, where needed and clearly assigned
What Matters Most
Strong attention to detail, comfort with systems, and good judgment are the most important requirements for this role.
I’m looking for someone who can work from existing content, approved copy, and current systems and turn that into clean, polished work with minimal hand-holding. This role requires someone who notices small issues, thinks through how things function, and communicates clearly when something needs clarification.
