JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m looking for a highly organised Marketing & Operations VA to become my right-hand support in a growing digital marketing agency.

We work primarily with home improvement companies (bathrooms, kitchens, solar, construction and renovations) helping them generate leads through paid ads, automation systems and content marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing campaigns and keeping operations organised.

A big part of this role will involve setting up and managing CRM systems for both our agency and our clients, as well as supporting marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Setting up SMS and email campaigns in GoHighLevel
• Uploading leads and managing pipelines and automations in GHL
• Building and maintaining CRM systems for clients and internal team use
• Helping organise and build an internal operations system (Notion or similar)
• Supporting Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and monitoring
• Scheduling and organising social media content for clients
• Assisting with client onboarding and campaign setup
• Helping keep marketing projects and client accounts organised

Requirements

• Experience using GoHighLevel
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts
• Experience setting up and managing CRM systems
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
• Good written English and communication skills
• Reliable and proactive

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience working in a marketing agency
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp or other project management tools
• Experience with automation workflows
• Basic graphic or content scheduling experience

Hours

Starting with 10–20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a long-term role as the agency expands.

Trial
