JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We are a bed and breakfast inn and wedding venue looking for a reliable Marketing Operations VA to own our systems and marketing execution. This role is focused on infrastructure, organization, and execution.

What you will be responsible for
• Integrating Reservation Sabee into our Squarespace website for inn bookings
• Building and maintaining room pages and clear booking CTAs
• Developing and testing booking flows, confirmation emails, and internal notifications
• Organizing Google Drive files with a clean, logical folder structure
• Building and maintaining a simple CRM / lead tracker (Airtable, Google Sheets, or HubSpot)
• Maintaining website content, forms, and basic email campaigns and automations
• Managing venue listings and directories
• Supporting light outbound visibility (posting venue information in approved forums, directories, and groups while following platform rules)
• Providing weekly status updates and basic reporting

Required skills
• Strong experience with Squarespace
• Experience integrating booking systems or ecommerce tools
• Comfortable working with CRMs or lead trackers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow SOPs and document processes clearly
• Strong written natural English

Nice to have
• Experience with hospitality, events, or real estate businesses
• Familiarity with Reservation Sabee, Airtable, or HubSpot
• Basic email marketing experience
