Kingdom Chiropractic is a growing, faith-based chiropractic office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States, dedicated to helping families experience healthier, happier lives through neurologically focused chiropractic care.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Systems Specialist to build the systems, automations, and marketing infrastructure that allow us to serve more families while creating an exceptional experience for every practice member. This isn't just another remote job — we want someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build something meaningful with a team committed to excellence, integrity, and continuous growth.

What You'll Do
-Design, build, and optimize workflows and automations using ---------- , Zapier, and -HighLevel.
-Develop and maintain landing pages, VSL (Video Sales Letter) pages, and other marketing funnels.
-Create and maintain Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
-Build and maintain CRM automations, lead-nurturing sequences, and patient communication workflows in HighLevel.

Required Skills

Must Have
? Experience using ---------- (or similar project management software)
? Experience building automations with Zapier
? Experience creating landing pages and marketing funnels
? Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
? Working knowledge of SEO best practices
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
? Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace

Nice to Have
? Experience working with healthcare or chiropractic practices
? Canva experience
? Basic graphic design skills
? Copywriting experience
? Email and SMS automation experience
? Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

Working Hours & Schedule

Part-time, 20 hours per week. Your schedule is flexible, with one requirement: you must be available for at least 2 hours of overlap with our team on Tuesdays between 8:00 AM–12:00 PM CST and Fridays between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST.

Compensation

$4–6 per hour, depending on experience.
