We are a small, dynamic team with a passion for growth, marketing, and of course, great coffee! We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and become the technical backbone of our marketing efforts.
About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position for a technical marketing assistant who loves working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly. You will not be creating ad concepts or writing copy. Instead, you will be the expert who builds, manages, and optimises the systems that power our marketing.
Your primary role is to ensure our funnels, automations, and ad platforms are working perfectly. You will be the go-to person for implementing new campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our data flows correctly between systems.
We are looking for someone who is a proactive problem-solver, highly organised, and has a deep understanding of the marketing software we use.
Key Responsibilities

Funnel Management: Build, manage, and test marketing funnels using Perspective.co and GoHighLevel (GHL).

GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation: Create and manage automations, workflows, and pipelines within GHL to ensure a seamless customer journey.

System Integration & Testing: Regularly check that all our platforms (GHL, Perspective,

Reporting: Use Google Sheets to pull data and create basic reports on funnel performance and ad metrics.

CRM Oversight: Monitor the sales pipeline in GHL to ensure leads are moving through the stages correctly and automations are triggering as expected.

Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for any technical issues related to our marketing software stack.
Required Skills & Experience
•
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is essential. You must be comfortable with building workflows, managing contacts, and troubleshooting.
•
Experience with funnel-building software. Direct experience with Perspective.co is a huge plus, but experience with similar platforms (like ClickFunnels, Leadpages) is also valuable.

Proficiency in Google Sheets. You should be able to create reports, use formulas, and manage data effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to identify technical issues and find solutions independently.

High attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems run flawlessly.

Strong communication skills in English. You will be communicating with the team via Slack and in one weekly meeting.
Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
•
Working Hours: Flexible, but must be responsive and available for communication during UK business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM GMT).
