Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator
Part-Time | Remote | 20 Hours/Week | $7–$10 USD/Hour
I’m a relationship coach, speaker, and founder of an established transformational coaching company entering an exciting growth phase with a new brand, website, workshops, digital programs, live events, funnels, and social media.
I’m looking for a smart, proactive Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator who can take plans and make sure they actually get DONE.
This is not a traditional VA role.
I already have our ClickUp structure, project plans, and launch/event templates built.
I don’t need someone waiting for me to tell them every task.
I need someone who can look at a project, understand the goal, organize what needs to happen, execute much of the work, follow up on what’s missing, and keep things moving.
You should naturally think:
“I see what needs to happen. Let me figure it out and move it forward.”
rather than:
“Tell me what to do next.”
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination / ClickUp
* Manage our existing ClickUp plans and templates
* Turn projects into tasks, owners, deadlines, and dependencies
* Work backward from launch and event dates
* Identify what’s missing or blocked
* Follow up and keep projects moving
* Flag what specifically requires my decision or approval
* Make sure important things don’t fall through the cracks
GoHighLevel / Marketing Implementation
* Build and edit landing pages and forms
* Load
* Build basic workflows and automations
* Maintain CRM tags and contacts
* Test funnels, forms, links, and follow-up sequences
* Make sure leads actually receive the right follow-up
Social Media / Canva
* Create clean Canva graphics using existing branding
* Repurpose supplied content into social posts
* Schedule and publish posts
* Update social banners when needed
* Organize photos, videos, testimonials, and other assets
Workshops & Launches
* Build out projects from our existing templates
* Coordinate registration pages,
* Make sure promotion and reminders are scheduled
* Prepare post-event follow-up BEFORE the event
* Track leads and make sure follow-up happens

* A clear communicator
* Comfortable asking questions when needed
* Able to troubleshoot before immediately asking for help
* Someone who notices what’s missing and does something about it

Experience
Experience with several of these is important:
* ClickUp
* GoHighLevel
* Canva
*
* Landing pages and funnels
* Social-media scheduling/posting
* CRM management
* Google Workspace
* Online launches, workshops, or webinars
GoHighLevel + ClickUp experience is especially valuable.
Hours & Compensation
* Approximately 20 hours/week to start
* $7–$10 USD/hour, depending on experience and skill level
* Remote
* Long-term opportunity
* Meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours is required
