Lead the creative operation. Then help build what comes next.
Creative Production is the center of this role at the start. You will manage our video editors, own the production system, raise the quality of the work, and move strong creative from brief to final asset without senior leadership having to manage every detail.
This is not a coordinator or virtual-assistant role. We need a proactive Marketing Operations Manager who can operate the day-to-day work and improve the system at the same time.

About Veritas
Veritas builds complete Starlink Mini deployment setups: mounts, power, cables, cases, and accessories for consumers, work teams, and government fleets. We are a growing U.S. company with a small, high-output marketing team in the Philippines.
Role details
• Full-time independent contractor with fixed monthly compensation of $2,000-$2,500 USD, based on experience, leadership depth, and fit.
• Approximately 45-50 hours per week, fully aligned with Pacific Time.
• Philippine graveyard shift: roughly 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, depending on U.S. daylight saving time.
• Fully remote and long-term.
• This must be your only job. No other employment, side hustles, ongoing freelance clients, or subcontracting.
• Occasional weekend availability when production, launches, or publishing require management coverage.
• You must live in Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, or Laguna. There are no regular onsite office days, but occasional in-person meetings may be scheduled.
What you'll own
At full production, the team aims to deliver one long-form video and up to 14 supporting assets each week for
PHASE 1: LEAD CREATIVE PRODUCTION
• Manage a two-person video-editing team, including their priorities, workload, deadlines, coverage, development, and performance.
• Turn approved priorities into clear production plans, briefs, scripts, storytelling direction, B-roll needs, and deliverables.
• Own the production pipeline: capacity, assignments, dependencies, revisions, blockers, asset readiness, and delivery visibility.
• Review short-form, long-form, ads, thumbnails, static assets, carousels, platform versions, and other creative output.
• Evaluate the full story—not only whether one shot matches one line. Check hooks, pacing, B-roll, demonstrations, captions, CTAs, factual accuracy, brand alignment, and viewer flow.
• Give editors clear, prioritized, actionable feedback and verify that required revisions were completed correctly.
• Use performance findings to identify stronger hooks, packaging, formats, V2/V3 opportunities, and creative tests.
• Build and improve SOPs, review standards, production trackers, asset repositories, AI-assisted QA, and backup coverage.
• Coordinate minor corrections and urgent production support when needed, without turning the role into a primary editing position.
PHASE 2: ADD SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS
Phase 2 is planned to begin 60–90 days after your start date, once Phase 1 is operating reliably and you have demonstrated readiness for the expanded scope. At that point, you will also:
• Manage the current Social Media Moderator and future social media team members.
• Own the publishing calendar, content inventory, platform schedules, launch pushes, and publishing verification across
• Ensure each platform receives the correct version, copy, CTA, description, tags, products, related content, links, and native-platform setup.
• Oversee community, marketing inboxes, important comments and messages, channel presentation, and routine reputation handling.
• Manage routine creator-partnership and affiliate operations, including communication, records, deliverables, logistics, and escalation.
• Own routine UTM, Bitly, campaign-link, profile-link, and destination-verification workflows.
• Review social performance and turn findings into decisions, tests, and coordinated creative recommendations.
• Build and maintain the social department’s processes, AI workflows, reporting, and continuity systems.
The responsibilities above describe the core scope of the role but are not exhaustive. As Veritas grows, you may also take on related creative-production, social-media, team-management, and marketing-operations responsibilities that are reasonably aligned with the position and approved business priorities.
You're a strong fit if you
• Have at least eight years of professional work experience, including at least three years managing teams and at least two years inside a creative or marketing function.
• Have meaningful corporate, in-house, agency, or field-based operating experience, not only freelance, VA, or task-based remote experience.
• Have managed a creative or video-production pipeline and can lead workload, quality, deadlines, coaching, and accountability.
• Are exceptionally strong at storytelling and can evaluate the complete story and business goal, not only technical editing details.
• Act without waiting for step-by-step direction and continuously improve quality, speed, visibility, and continuity.
• Use performance evidence and AI to improve decisions and execution while checking sources and protecting brand and product accuracy.
• Communicate clearly in conversational American English.
• Can sustain the graveyard schedule and occasional weekend coverage.
• Have reliable primary internet, backup internet, and backup power.
• Want one company to grow with for the long term.
