JOB OVERVIEW

Access Plus Health is a US healthcare compliance company founded by a Harvard-trained, board-certified physician. We are hiring a remote marketing executor for a 30-day full-time build phase, converting to part-time (20–25 hrs/week) once the build is done. This role is execution-focused: the founder sets strategy and provides AI-drafted content; you build, launch, manage, and report. You will work heavily with AI tools — we expect it — but you must be able to operate the platforms yourself, live.

What you will do:

1. Manage paid ads on Meta and Google from provided campaign structure: tracking setup (UTMs, pixel/CAPI), budget management, weekly reporting. Ads launch only after tracking is verified.

2. Run outbound distribution: LinkedIn engagement and scheduling for the founder's account, Facebook group participation (Phase 1); webinar promotion and referral partner follow-up sequences (Phase 2)

3. Edit, format, and publish SEO articles from AI-assisted drafts (all content physician-reviewed before publishing) — ongoing cadence of 2/week is Phase 2 scope; Phase 1 focuses on the attribution/sequence/reactivation/ads build

4. Build and manage email campaigns and automations in GoHighLevel from provided sequence specs (new-lead follow-up, reactivation, newsletter)

5. Maintain CRM hygiene and produce a weekly one-page report: leads, cost per lead, email metrics, pipeline contribution

Requirements:
- 5+ years marketing execution for US clients — you have personally run paid campaigns and built marketing automations at real volume, not coordinated a team that did;
- hands-on GoHighLevel (or HubSpot/ActiveCampaign + fast GHL ramp);
- personally managed Meta/Google campaigns including tracking;
- excellent written English; fixed daily overlap hours with US Eastern, with same-day response on urgent items during that window (in writing in the offer).

Compensation — two phases, both stated here. This is a remote, globally-sourced role, and the rate below reflects an international market rate rather than a US-based salary.

Phase 1 (Days 1–30, full-time build): $1,200–$2,000/month based on experience — roughly $7–$12/hour. Default length is 30 days; may finish sooner for a strong performer with no reduction in the month's pay. Extends day-for-day at the full Phase 1 rate only if the delay is caused by APH (review turnaround, account access, portal) — not for candidate pace.

Phase 2 (Day 31 onward): part-time at ~20–25 hrs/week, with pay scaled proportionally from the Phase 1 rate and a small fixed daily overlap with US Eastern hours so urgent items still get a same-day response, both stated in writing.

Bonus: $150–$300/month on qualified-lead targets, carried through both phases and becoming a larger share of total pay once base hours drop.

Day-30 fork (APH's option, not a promise): if performance clearly warrants it, APH may keep this hire full-time at the Phase 1 rate with expanded scope folded in (CRM ownership, proposal support, follow-up sequencing) instead of converting to part-time.

Paid live working session before hire.

To apply: resume, 2 writing samples, 1 campaign you personally managed (with numbers), and the word "COMPLIANT" first in your application
