Rize is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Operations team to turn existing ideas, videos and product updates into published content, coordinate our podcast and affiliate relationships, and keep our recurring marketing activities organised and moving forward.
We’ll provide training on Rize, our existing workflows, and areas such as SEO and AEO. What we’re looking for is someone who is reliable, resourceful, an excellent communicator and exceptionally good at following through.
What You'll Be Doing
Content & Publishing
You'll help turn existing source material — including Loom videos, product walkthroughs, podcast episodes and ideas from our CEO — into content across our marketing channels.
This includes:
Uploading and optimising YouTube videos
Creating and coordinating short-form video clips
Drafting LinkedIn and X posts
Preparing blog and documentation drafts
Writing titles, descriptions and supporting copy
Maintaining the content calendar
Coordinating and scheduling publication
Using AI to help repurpose content while checking accuracy, quality and tone
SEO & AEO
You'll be trained on our existing SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation workflows and help run them consistently.
You'll use AI tools and our established processes to research keywords, identify content opportunities, prepare briefs for contract writers, update existing content and track work through to completion.
Podcast Coordination
You'll help keep the Rize podcast running smoothly from guest outreach through to publication.
This includes researching potential guests, outreach, scheduling, reminders and follow-ups, coordinating recordings and production, and repurposing published episodes into additional content.
Affiliate Management
You'll maintain regular communication with Rize affiliates, sharing product updates and promotional resources, responding to requests and making sure important follow-ups don't get missed.
Marketing Operations
A major part of your role will be keeping everything organised.
You'll maintain calendars, trackers and workflows; follow up on deadlines; document recurring processes; communicate blockers; and make sure projects continue moving without the team needing to constantly check on them.
As you become more familiar with Rize, we'll encourage you to suggest improvements and take greater ownership of our marketing operations.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
Have excellent written and spoken English
Are highly organised and naturally keep track of details
Follow instructions carefully
Take ownership of tasks and follow through without needing constant reminders
Are confident communicating professionally with external people
Are comfortable learning new software and systems
Already use AI tools effectively in your work
Have experience with content, digital marketing, marketing operations, executive support, project coordination or a similar role
Can take a relatively loose request and turn it into a clear set of actions
Care about producing accurate, polished work
Experience with SaaS, SEO, AEO, video editing, YouTube, podcasting, affiliate programmes or content marketing is an advantage, but you do not need to have experience in every area.
We're more interested in finding someone intelligent, dependable and capable of learning quickly than someone who ticks every box.
What Success Looks Like
You'll be successful in this role when:
Content is being published consistently. Podcast guests and affiliates receive timely, professional communication. Calendars and trackers are accurate and up to date. Deadlines and follow-ups aren't being missed. The team always knows what is in progress, what needs input and what is coming next.
Most importantly, you'll become someone the team can trust to take ownership and keep things moving.
How to Apply
We expect a high number of applications, so please read the instructions carefully.
Start your application with the words: “Rize Marketing Operations”.
Then answer the following questions:
Are you currently employed? What are your current working hours and when could you start?
In 3–5 sentences, tell us about the previous role that is most relevant to this position. What were you personally responsible for?
What content have you personally created, published or managed? Please provide up to three examples or links if available and explain your involvement.
What tools have you used to manage projects, recurring tasks, content calendars or deadlines?
Which AI tools do you currently use professionally? Give us one specific example of how you use AI in your work.
Tell us about a process, project or recurring responsibility that you personally owned. How did you make sure nothing was missed?
Scenario: Mac, Rize's CEO, sends you a 15-minute Loom explaining a new Rize feature and says, “Can we get some content out of this?” Briefly explain what you would do next.
Please confirm your desired monthly salary in USD and your availability to work full-time.
Video Introduction
Please include a maximum two-minute video introduction.
Introduce yourself and tell us why this particular role interests you, which area of the role you think you'd be strongest in, and give us one example of something you've taken ownership of without needing to be continually reminded or managed.
Please speak naturally rather than reading from a script. We're not assessing video production quality — we want to get a sense of how you communicate and think.
