JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a long-term Marketing Operations & Content VA to help run marketing across several brands:

An AI & automation agency

A B2B SaaS / building-systems company

An aviation charter / leasing client

A vacation rentals product

An e-commerce brand in health & wellness

You’ll work directly with the founder, using AI tools (Scalenut, ChatGPT, etc.) to turn ideas and drafts into consistent content, posts, and reports.

This starts as part-time (20–25 hrs/week) with a clear roadmap to full-time after 2–3 months if it’s a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Community

Schedule and publish posts for multiple brands (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).

Maintain a simple weekly content calendar.

Repurpose existing content (notes, tweets, articles) into short posts.

Research relevant subreddits and draft Reddit posts & comments for review (community seeding & engagement).

2. Blog Content & SEO (Scalenut)

Use Scalenut + AI to:

Generate first-draft blog posts for the different brands (AI/automation, B2B SaaS, aviation, vacation rentals, e-com).

Run on-page optimization (titles, meta, headings, internal links, content score, etc.).

Keep a tracker of published articles, target keywords, and optimization status.

3. Email Marketing (execution)

Build and schedule email campaigns in tools like Klaviyo / MailerLite / Mailchimp (template + copy usually provided).

Turn blog posts and updates into simple newsletters.

Apply basic segmentation following simple rules (e.g., past customers, new leads, engaged subscribers).

Record key email metrics (opens, clicks, revenue if available).

4. Dashboards & Reporting

Update a weekly performance sheet/table with:

Website traffic per brand

Email campaign results

Social followers and basic engagement

Flag anything unusual (big spikes, drops, or standout campaigns).

5. Website Updates & Listings

Upload and format blog posts on WordPress / Webflow / similar CMS (training provided).

Make light page edits (headlines, text blocks, images, CTAs).

Create and maintain directory & business listings (Google Business, niche directories, etc.) and keep all logins organized.

Requirements

Must-have:

Strong written English (you will draft posts, blog outlines, and emails).

1–2+ years as a Marketing VA / Content VA / Social Media VA.

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Scalenut, Jasper, etc.).

Basic SEO knowledge (on-page optimization, keyword usage, internal linking).

Experience with at least one email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.).

Confident with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic analytics (GA4 / Search Console a plus).

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following SOPs and checklists.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with WordPress / Webflow / similar CMS.

Reddit experience (knowing how to post without breaking subreddit rules).

Previous work with B2B SaaS, AI tools, or e-commerce brands.

Work Setup & Growth Path

Type of employment: Part-time to start.

Hours: ~20–25 hours per week, with some overlap to communicate in my timezone.
