JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant to own content production and behind-the-scenes operations for Resonate Social. You will edit short-form video, design graphics in Canva, schedule and publish content, and keep our systems and admin running smoothly.
You will work directly with the founder, executing against clear briefs and SOPs. This is a production and operations role focused on execution, not client strategy, sales, or creative direction, which stay with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
Video and Short-Form Content
Edit 30 to 40 reels a month from provided clips
Add captions, text overlays, trending audio, and clean transitions
Build trending, text-overlay style reels and repurpose long clips
Create reel covers that stay on brand
Graphic Design (Canva)
Design the monthly set of posts, carousels, and story sets within client brand kits
Customize templates for each client and campaign
Keep visual output consistent and on brand
Content Scheduling and Publishing
Schedule and publish approved content in [Rella or Metricool] to each client cadence
Keep the content calendar accurate and a week or more ahead

Email and Newsletter
Format and schedule the newsletter in FloDesk based on approved copy
Operations and Admin
Pull client job-site photos and media from portals and file them correctly
Maintain Asana task hygiene: keep cards updated, dated, and moving
Provide light client-onboarding admin (questionnaires, folder organization)
Flag blockers and issues promptly with clear context
