KidsUnited is one of the fastest-growing youth enrichment franchise systems in the country. As we scale from 50 to 300+ locations, we are building a modern marketing engine designed to drive consistent, high-quality lead generation across every market.

We are looking for an individual to own and optimize our core paid digital growth channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes all things digital to stay one step ahead of the ever-changing media landscape—a person who loves getting their hands dirty and thrives on solving challenges.

This data-driven marketer thrives in execution, understands how to scale paid media, and enjoys turning performance insights into measurable business impact.

The Role:

You will lead the day-to-day performance of our paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok & Programatic), manage platforms, and help us scale what’s working across a rapidly growing footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own performance of paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok & Programatic), including budget allocation, optimization, and testing
- Drive lead volume and efficiency across all locations
- Manage and hold external platform partners accountable to performance goals
- Build and maintain performance reporting and dashboards
- Analyze results by market, campaign, and cohort to identify opportunities for growth
- Partner cross-functionally on CRM, lead flow, and conversion optimization
- Provide input on creative strategy based on performance data

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Meta + Google + TikTok required)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience in multi-location, franchise, or high-growth environments preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment
