JOB OVERVIEW

Ultra Labs is searching for a PROACTIVE and HIGHLY ORGANIZED Marketing Manager to support and strengthen our marketing operations across multiple projects and brands. Ultra Labs is a U.S.–based Business Incubator/Accelerator focused on software and tech-driven businesses.

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of marketing processes, ensure smooth execution across campaigns, and support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with experience building simple automation workflows, managing marketing tools, and keeping projects moving forward.


What You’ll Do
_Manage and coordinate multiple marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
_Manage and Run Ads in different social media platforms.
_Provide weekly marketing report to Leadership team.
_Maintain accurate data, documentation, and reporting across marketing tools.
_Use AI tools to support marketing productivity, content tasks, and workflow automation.
_Set up basic marketing automation, tracking, and performance dashboards.
_Monitor campaign results and highlight insights, trends, and improvement opportunities.
_Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects move forward on schedule.
_Support lead management processes, campaign tracking, and simple attribution reporting.
_Maintain clear, professional communication with team members, partners, and customers.

What We’re Looking For
_Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at managing multiple priorities.
_Persistent and proactive—you follow up, get answers, and keep projects moving.
_A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, accountable environment.
_Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, GA, or similar) and comfortable learning new platforms.
_Ability to set up simple automation workflows, tracking links, and dashboards.
_Strong analytical mindset—you like clean data and clear reporting.
_Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
_3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a related role (preferred).
