The Role
We need a Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing operations across two areas: promoting our business to attract new clients in the professional services sectors, and delivering marketing campaigns for our existing client base. You'll coordinate with our Australian based Account Manager and Operations Manager and outsourced design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
This is a hands-on execution role, you'll be building campaigns, writing content, managing social media, and briefing designers, not just strategising.
Key Responsibilities
Company Marketing (40% of role)
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract B2B marketing retainers
Manage social media (importantly LinkedIn) presence: content calendar, posts, engagement
Coordinate
Research and qualify potential clients using our CRM (HubSpot)
Track marketing performance and report on leads generated
Client Delivery (60% of role)
Execute marketing campaigns for 6-8 active retainer clients
Write and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram,
Build and send
Brief our outsourced design teams (Draftss, Kimp) for graphics, social posts, and marketing assets
Coordinate with Account Manager on campaign timelines and client requirements
Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports to clients
Process & Coordination
Maintain organised project tracking in Asana
Follow established processes for design briefs, content approval, and client communication
Flag issues or delays proactively
Contribute to improving marketing workflows and templates
Essential Requirements
5+ years marketing experience in agency or B2B environment
Exceptional written English - you'll be writing client facing content daily
Hands-on execution skills across social media,
Experience briefing designers and managing creative workflows
Proficiency with:
Social media scheduling tools (Social Pilot, Metricool, Buffer, Later etc)
Email
Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Teamwork, Monday, or similar)
Canva/design tools
Self-directed work style - you'll work with minimal supervision across Australian time zones
Available during Australian business hours for at least 3-4 hours daily (AWST 9am-5pm overlap preferred)
Highly Valued
HubSpot CRM experience
B2B marketing or professional services background
WordPress website content updates
Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
Experience working with Australian or Western clients
Brand experience
