We are a fast-growing e-commerce business serving customers across Canada, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing and scalable growth.

Role Overview
• This is a strategy-first role, not just ad management.
• We are looking for someone who can:
• Own and drive the full marketing strategy
• Understand how to scale revenue in e-commerce
• Either run ads directly or manage an ads specialist
• Focus on profitability, conversion, and growth

Key Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy & Growth
• Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy
• Plan campaigns for promotions, launches, and seasonal sales
• Increase conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue
• Strengthen brand positioning
• Paid Advertising (Execution or Oversight)
• Manage or oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, and revenue
• Work with tea ---------- mbers or external ad specialists
• Ensure proper tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
• Sales & Conversion Optimization
• Improve website conversion rate (CRO)
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, and offers
• Improve the full customer journey from ad ? website ? purchase
• Team Collaboration
• Work with social media manager, content creators, and designers
• Provide direction and ensure alignment with strategy
• Performance Tracking

Track and improve:
• Revenue
• Conversion rate
• ROAS
• Customer acquisition cost
• Provide clear reports and action plans

Requirements
• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing (Manager or Growth role)
• Strong understanding of:
• Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Sales funnels & customer journey
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Ability to think strategically and execute
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new and emerging sales channels (including social commerce, marketplaces and platform-driven trends) to drive scalable revenue growth
