JOB OVERVIEW

DelGate Logistics is a rapidly growing Canadian 3PL specializing in big & bulky eCommerce fulfillment and nationwide white-glove delivery. We work with leading furniture and home goods brands to help them scale across Canada with better logistics, faster delivery, and full visibility.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing and lead generation efforts from our Vancouver office.

You will be responsible for building and scaling DelGate’s marketing engine.

Performance Marketing
• Manage and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
• Build and manage retargeting funnels

B2B Lead Generation
• Generate qualified leads from eCommerce brands across Canada
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
• Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ABM strategies)

Website & CRO
• Optimize landing pages and website performance
• Improve conversion rates across all funnels
• Work with developers to enhance UX and speed

Content & Brand
• Oversee content strategy (LinkedIn, video, website)
• Manage and guide content creators
• Strengthen DelGate’s positioning as a leader in big & bulky logistics

Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on key KPIs (leads, CAC, conversion rates)
• Continuously test and improve campaigns

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, etc.)
• Experience in B2B marketing (logistics, SaaS, or eCommerce preferred)
• Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRO
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
