About the opportunity
We are a growing US-based youth sports and education organization, and we are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager. This role grows our presence within schools and local communities by identifying partnership opportunities, developing marketing campaigns, and managing the systems that turn interest into lasting relationships. It combines strategic outreach, educational storytelling, CRM management, and marketing execution, with GoHighLevel as the operational backbone.
What you will do
-Research and identify schools that prioritize student wellness, enrichment, physical education, and youth development, and build targeted prospect lists of administrators, PE departments, PTA/PTO leaders, and enrichment coordinators.
-Research community organizations, recreation centers, and youth nonprofits aligned with the mission, and support grassroots awareness campaigns.
-Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM so every lead is accurately tracked and nurtured, and build automated workflows, pipelines, forms, and follow-up sequences.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns for assemblies, after-school programs, tournaments, seasonal camps, and community events.
-Write newsletters,
-Share student success stories and program highlights to strengthen engagement and long-term relationships.
-Monitor campaign performance
-Improve communication processes through templates and automation, keeping every interaction with schools and partners organized, timely, and professional.
Schedule and setup
Hours: 10 to 15 hours per week
Working hours: must overlap with US Eastern business hours (specific overlap confirmed during hiring)
Must-have skills and tools
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
Excellent written English with strong copywriting for
Experience building pipelines, workflows, automations, and
Strong online research skills and experience building prospect lists and outreach campaigns
Ability to simplify educational concepts into compelling messaging
Strong understanding of CRM best practices
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
Experience marketing to schools, education, or youth organizations
Knowledge of community outreach or partnership development
Canva and Meta Business Suite experience
Experience with Notion and Google Workspace
Background in education, sports, nonprofits, or youth programs
