About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, high-caliber Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing with an exceptional marketing brain and a proven ability to scale revenue. You will be stepping in to work directly with a demanding, high-output American author and entrepreneur, taking total ownership of our marketing ecosystems, funnels, and revenue growth.

This is not an execution-only task role. We need a creative yet fiercely data-driven strategist who understands customer journeys, high-converting copy, traffic acquisition, and backend funnel optimization from top to bottom.

Key Responsibilities
Funnel Architecture & Optimization: Design, build, test, and scale multi-step funnels (landing pages, VSLs, order bumps, upsells, and email sequences) that drive profitable customer acquisition.

Revenue Strategy: Act as a core growth partner, identifying new angles, offers, and levers to systematically enhance overall business income.

Campaign & Traffic Management: Oversee paid and organic traffic strategies, ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROAS and maximum lifetime value (LTV).

Direct Collaboration: Partner closely with a fast-moving, high-expectation US-based author, translating high-level vision into structured marketing execution and hitting aggressive targets.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, analyze conversion drop-offs, and report data-backed insights regularly.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing leadership experience, specifically scaling digital products, books, courses, or personal brands.

Proven Track Record (Portfolio Required): You must be able to provide verifiable proof, case studies, or a portfolio showcasing funnels you have built and the exact statistics/revenue metrics you achieved.

The "Marketing Brain": A deep, intuitive understanding of consumer psychology, copywriting, positioning, and funnel metrics (CPA, AOV, LTV, ROAS).

Grit & Agility: Experience working with demanding, fast-paced US-based founders or creators. You thrive under high expectations and move fast without breaking quality.

Technical Fluency: Familiarity with modern funnel builders (such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, etc.), email automation, and analytics tracking.

What We Offer
Competitive monthly compensation of ₱60,000 to ₱100,000 (commensurate with your portfolio and proven results).
