About Us
Evolute Trading is an established forex trading community: live signals, an automated EA bot with a public track record (515% total return, 10.91% avg. monthly, 77% win rate on myfxbook), premium education, and an active multi-channel Telegram presence (Dutch and international). We've hired for this role before and it didn't work out, so this time the bar is different, and so is how we screen.

The Role
You fully own marketing execution: Telegram, campaigns, content quality, KPIs. Not someone who posts what they're told and waits for the next instruction. If something's unclear, you find the answer or make the call. If a post is weak, you catch it before it goes out, not after I do.

What You'll Do
- Own the full Telegram posting calendar across 5 to 6 channels (Dutch and international): scheduling, CTAs, upsell windows, campaigns
- Run upsell campaigns (bot, funded passing, referral, cashback) and keep every CTA link, offer, and term current in one place. Nobody should ever have to ask you "where do I find X" live in chat
- Quality-check every piece of content yourself before it reaches me. Broken CTAs, weak hooks, unproven claims should never reach my desk
- Track weekly KPIs (contact rate, conversion, engagement) and tell me what's working and what isn't, before I have to ask
- Coordinate with traders and creators for signal content, video, and testimonials

What We're Looking For
- Real, provable experience running Telegram/social for a trading, crypto, or fast-moving online community, not general social media management
- You take ownership. You don't wait to be told twice, and you don't need a manager checking every post
- Strong copywriting instinct: a clear CTA, no filler, no unsubstantiated claims
- You hit deadlines without reminders. If you'll miss one, you say so before it happens
- Comfortable with Telegram scheduling tools and working across multiple stakeholders (traders, creators, leadership)

How We'll Evaluate You
No lengthy interview theater. After a short call, you get a paid 5-day trial against one real, live KPI (contact rate or conversion). You propose how you'd move it, we track the number together, we d ---------- based on what actually happened, not on how confident the pitch sounded.

Compensation
- Base: $1,250 to $2,000 USD/month depending on experience and trial outcome
- Performance bonuses tied to KPIs
- Full-time, 90-day trial period with review
