JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a hands-on, organized marketer to help grow two consumer brands. We’ll start with one brand and add the second as we build a consistent workflow.

I’ve been in direct-to-consumer marketing for 20 years and will continue to lead strategy, offers, and overall direction. We also have a full-time graphic artist. I need someone who can coordinate our creators, work with AI and our internal graphics team, and keep marketing execution moving without constant reminders.

Your main responsibility will be making sure we have fresh creative ready to test every week, creators stay on schedule, and campaigns get checked consistently.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate creators: send briefs, track samples, follow up on deadlines, request revisions, and collect finished content.
- Work with AI tools and our internal graphics team to develop static ads and creative variations based on winning hooks and videos.
- Give clear creative briefs and feedback, proof finished ads, and make sure assets are ready to launch.
- Coordinate video edits and variations from existing creator content.
- Keep videos, images, and finished ads organized by product, hook, version, usage rights, and testing status.
- Prepare and launch Meta ads within an approved campaign structure and budget.
- Check campaigns daily for spending, performance, tracking problems, broken links, and inventory issues.
- Pause or adjust ads within written rules. Flag anything outside those rules rather than guessing.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to help analyze campaign data, then verify the numbers and recommendations.
- Come to a weekly meeting with a clear update: what launched, what worked, what needs attention, and what we should test next.
- Help identify strong creators and build a reliable creator network over time.
- As the core workflow becomes consistent, help support Klaviyo email campaigns using existing creative and brand direction.
What I’m looking for
- Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager, including setting up ads and reviewing performance.
- Strong organization and follow-through. You notice missing pieces and move work forward.
- Experience coordinating creators, designers, freelancers, or content production.
- The ability to write clear creative briefs, give useful feedback, and catch errors before ads go live.
- Comfort using AI for creative development and analysis, with the judgment to catch mistakes.
- An understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Clear written English and the ability to give concise updates.
- Good judgment about what you can handle independently and what needs approval.
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, creator platforms, and consumer products is helpful. You do not need to be a graphic designer. You’ll work with our internal graphics team to keep creative production organized and on schedule.
You don’t need to be a senior media buyer or develop the entire marketing strategy yourself. You do need to be comfortable working in the tools, following a clear playbook, making recommendations, and taking ownership of execution.
What success looks like
- New creative is ready to test every week.
- Creators and our internal graphics team have clear briefs and deadlines.
- Revisions and approvals don’t get forgotten.
- Ads are checked consistently, and problems are caught early.
- Assets and campaign results are easy to find.
- Our weekly meeting is about decisions and next steps, not chasing updates.
How to apply
Please include:
1. A short introduction and your relevant experience.
2. Two or three examples of ads or creative projects you worked on. Explain exactly what you personally handled.
3. Your experience with Meta Ads Manager, creator and designer coordination, AI tools, and any Shopify or Klaviyo work.
4. One example of a campaign or content problem you caught, what you did, and the outcome.
5. Your time zone, availability for 40 hours per week, possible start date, and expected monthly compensation.
