JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Manager who understands AI tools, branding, digital marketing, and content creation. This person will manage and execute our marketing strategy, create professional graphics and videos, maintain brand consistency, and develop content that increases our visibility, attracts clients, and supports team growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute the team's marketing and content calendar across social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.

Use AI tools, including ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms, to streamline content creation, research, marketing workflows, and audience engagement.

Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, property marketing materials, recruiting content, and promotional campaigns.

Maintain consistent branding, messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Edit video content, write compelling captions, develop engaging copy, and repurpose content across multiple platforms.

Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.

Support listing marketing, agent recruiting, brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives.

Monitor marketing performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement new strategies.

Maintain organized content libraries, templates, and marketing systems.

Review all materials for accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail before publishing.

Someone who is proactive, organized, creative, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate understands how to use AI as a practical business tool, has strong design and video-editing skills, understands branding, and can turn ideas into polished marketing content with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, identify problems before they arise, and help a growing real estate team stand out in a competitive market.
