JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our multi-channel marketing strategy. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through email marketing, content creation, backlink management, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Lemlist, and HubSpot
Develop and execute targeted outreach and automation sequences
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
Write high-quality posts and SEO-focused blog articles to drive organic traffic
Manage and build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools
Strong content writing skills for both social media and SEO blogs
Experience with backlink strategies and SEO optimization
Understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy
Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus
