**Marketing Manager (Recruitment Marketing) – Remote, Philippines**
We’re on the lookout for a **Marketing Manager who lives and breathes recruitment marketing**—someone who gets just as excited about candidate experience and employer brand as they do about analytics and campaign strategy.
If you’re a creative problem solver who loves building brands, telling stories that resonate with job seekers, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams, you might be our person.
This is a **remote role based in the Philippines**, and you’ll work with a global team that loves collaboration, big ideas, and making hiring feel more human.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Own and evolve our **recruitment marketing strategy**—from EVP development to ad campaigns to social content that actually gets noticed.
* Lead and coach a small (but mighty!) marketing team focused on creative, content, digital, and employer branding.
* Bring our brand personality to life across career sites, job ads, social platforms, candidate touchpoints, and more.
* Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring goals and build campaigns that attract top talent.
* Run digital campaigns across paid social, job boards, and programmatic platforms.
* Keep an eye on candidate trends, market insights, and what’s happening in the talent space.
* Track performance metrics and adjust strategies so we’re always leveling up.
* Collaborate across teams (People Ops, Creative, Comms, etc.) to create a consistent and positive candidate experience.
**What We’re Looking For**
This role is for someone who’s both creative and analytical—someone who can brainstorm a campaign idea one minute and review performance dashboards the next.
* 7+ years in marketing, with solid experience in **recruitment marketing or employer branding**
* Experience leading teams and managing projects from idea ? execution
* Strong understanding of digital advertising, content strategy, and social media
* Comfortable working remotely with global teammates
* A natural communicator who loves bringing new ideas to the table
* Bonus points if you’ve worked with ATS/CRM tools, paid job campaigns, or employer branding projects
**Nice-to-Haves (Not Required, But Awesome)**
* Experience partnering with U.S.-based recruiting teams
* Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Geofencing campaigns, programmatic job tools, or HubSpot
* Background in fast?growing or high?volume hiring environments
