We are hiring a Senior-Level Full-Stack Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution for our RV Resorts located in Florida and Branson, Missouri. This is a leadership role for an experienced marketer who can both build high-level strategy and execute at a hands-on level.
This position requires the ability to independently plan, execute, track, optimize, and scale marketing performance across multiple properties with a clear focus on occupancy, long-stay bookings, and revenue growth.
This person will be responsible for creating, presenting, and executing an annual marketing plan for approval by ownership.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and present a comprehensive annual marketing plan with budget projections and ROI forecasting
Execute and manage all marketing initiatives across:
Google Ads & Meta Ads
SEO & Local SEO
Website optimization
Email
Social Media
Retargeting & Funnels
Own seasonal, promotional, and long-stay booking campaigns
Manage monthly marketing calendar and reporting
Drive lead generation and conversion optimization
Oversee branding and messaging consistency
Manage and improve online presence and reviews
Coordinate with on-site property managers for events and promotions
Identify and test new growth channels
Handle print, signage, and limited offline marketing
Provide weekly performance summaries and monthly deep-dive reports
Senior-Level Requirements
5+ years of full-stack digital marketing experience
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Director
Strong track record of ROI-driven results
Extensive experience with:
Paid traffic (Google & Meta)
SEO & local maps optimization
Email
Conversion tracking & analytics
Advanced copywriting for sales-driven hospitality campaigns
Experience with hospitality, travel, tourism, or RV parks is highly preferred
Ability to independently:
