About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, creative Marketing Manager who knows how to make things happen across digital platforms — someone who can lead campaigns, manage content, and grow engagement across B2B and B2C markets.
You’ll take ownership of our digital presence across HubSpot,
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across B2B (dealers, partners, enterprise clients) and B2C (direct consumer and service brands) channels.
• Manage and optimise campaigns in HubSpot, including
• Oversee social media channels
• Manage digital advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) to drive awareness and conversion.
• Coordinate updates and content on the WordPress website — either directly or via external web contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to produce case studies, videos, product materials, and campaign assets.
• Track and report on marketing performance using HubSpot dashboards and analytics.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital and physical channels.
About You
You’re equal parts creative and analytical — comfortable writing posts or ads one day, then digging into campaign performance the next. You’ve got a practical understanding of what works in modern digital marketing and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
You’ll bring:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or digital communications (ideally with both B2B and B2C exposure).
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (campaigns, automation, CRM integration).
• Experience running and
• Solid understanding of WordPress (content management, SEO basics, plugin management).
• Ability to brief and coordinate creative contractors (designers, videographers, copywriters, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through — you like seeing ideas come to life.
Nice to Have
• Experience in the health, technology, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with paid search (Google Ads) and remarketing campaigns.
• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe suite, or similar).
