Our Group of Companies currently operates 5 in house brands, and is aiming to build out several more. We are based in Australia.
There are 2 separate divisions of our business- the first division sells labour services to B2B customers, and the second division sells consumable products to B2B customers through ecommerce sites.
We are seeking to appoint a genuine marketing leader who will work initially to set up the basics Digital Marketing for each brand. Each brand will need an active social channel, a strategy for
Key responsibilities:
- Manage initially 5 brands (growing over time to as many as 10)
- Be creative and capable of translating marketing messages both visually & copywriting, and adapt those messages to various channels- be that social,
- Deeply understand each brand, the target customers it is aimed at and be consistent with the visual aethsetic & messaging style that is already established.
- Work with the team to build everything into a clear sales funnel to our CRM.
Some deliverables will be:
- Independently manage & produce a marketing program a month in advance as directed by management
- Create a social post for each brand daily and post using the Sendible SAS platform (likely using Canva)
- Execute an
- Generate an ROI on PPC campaign's in Google Ads. Potential to explore
The Marketing Manager will need to :
- Be 100% proficient in English
- Have 5+ years in a marketing management role
- Have a University Level education
- Demonstrate experience in Paid Media budget management
- The ability to provide analytical reporting on the marketing acivities
- A genuine capability in a creative sense
We are ideally looking for someone to work with who is a true professional that would value a longer term engagement with an Australian based company. The ability for the right candidate to continue to earn more with us is real, with our ultimate goal being that the Marketing Manager is so effective that we take their learnings implementing what begins as a detailed mareting strategy and go on to build out our own in-house agency to manage these proprietary brands. At that point, we would aim to use other staff to increase our activity in the areas that we have found are profitable and effective.
