JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a skilled marketing manager with graphic and digital skills to create content for all platforms and help expand our footprint on social media and google. FB, Insta, YouTube, Linked In and Google plus SEO are all services that need help to ensure connections. This person MUST have a MINIMUM of 4 full time years of this skill with no exceptions. Don't apply if you think you will get in. I will require references and evidence that you know what you are doing and you can work with my schedule. You cannot miss meetings and you must get the work needed on time, no exceptions you will not get paid.

Should be an expert level in Canva and AI tools for creative content. Increase sales on product catalog, reorganize catalog or come up with the right strategy for catalog. You must know HOW TO DO THIS. Install items/features/functionality that will establish a sound environment for all marketing. Founder requires 'On demand' meetings with Virtual Assistant to on a schedule agreeable btw each of us. We will plan and develop a marketing strategy to tackle work that has more priority and produce weekly postings and track results. Maintain and Complete marketing plan, schedule, manage and interact throughout the week with Founder. Track performance to see what marketing is working. Develop marketing campaigns, graphics for handouts, pullouts or other tactical media. Develop videos, edit and ensure branding throughout. Must have skills to ensure website is ranking in the top 4 and SEO is accurate and effective to draw customers and book. Create Lead Management funnel from current platform. Over time, look at growth in more robust platforms and how to best manage them. This individual will ensure the business is getting the most visibility, engagement and booking/sales on a continuing basis using the latest digital platforms, tools and techniques to be move effective.

You must be a CANVA Expert level. I need someone to do the creation in Canva, video editing and ads weekly. Don't apply if you are NOT an expert level in Canva.

You will also provide the owner with insight to better performance on all platforms: Facebook Instagram, Youtube, and Ticktok and update the website to reflect the current status. Must maintain pricing for proposed work in ads on social media and website.

I want to leverage lead management in website and email marketing to it full potential. You must know how to do that.

Plan to migrate website to GO High Level in the next six months. You would ;be doing that work and the preparations for it.

You would need to be able to maintain the website ensuring the SEO is reflective of the many changes that need to happen in the website.

There is lots to do and I need someone skilled and eager to see results.
