The Role: Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, campaigns, and content team. This is a leadership-level role responsible for setting marketing strategy, managing execution, and delivering results.
You’ll oversee all aspects of demand generation, content strategy, campaign planning, and performance tracking. You’ll also manage and mentor our Content Marketing Specialist and eventually grow the marketing team.
What You’ll Do
Leadership (LMA)
Lead the marketing function with clear metrics, weekly meetings, and accountability
Coach and support the Content Marketing Specialist and future hires
Align campaigns with company goals and cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops)
Brand & Messaging
Own our brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency
Manage copy and creative direction for social,
Refine positioning as we grow our consulting + SaaS customer base
Campaign & Channel Management
Plan and manage campaigns for lead magnets, product launches, and webinars
Optimize core channels: LinkedIn, SEO/blog,
Test and expand into new channels (e.g., paid ads) as budget allows
Analytics & Optimization
Track key KPIs like opt-ins, MQLs,
Identify what’s working (and not), and refine strategies accordingly
Collaborate with Sales and Ops to ensure strong lead handoff and customer journey alignment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong copywriting, messaging, and storytelling skills
Experience managing tea
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, WordPress, Canva, and Google Analytics preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first team with high standards
