Marketing Leader
This is a leadership seat for someone who wants ownership, speed, authority, and a scoreboard. You’ll build and run a marketing machine that produces qualified demand, strengthens brand dominance, and runs on repeatable systems—not vibes, not committees.
You’ll win through others—aligning Intake, Digital Media, Paid Marketing, Community Outreach, and Client Success around clear priorities, fast follow-through, and shared KPIs.
Mandatory Assessment to Apply:
Work Setup + Schedule (Non-Negotiable)
• Full-time, remote (Philippines-based)
• Must work synchronous with our U.S. Central Time (CT/CST) office hours:
– Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CT
– You’re expected to be available in real time for meetings, collaboration, and same-day execution during these hours.

• Qualified demand (calls/leads/appointments that convert)
• Efficiency + ROI discipline (spend moves with performance)
• Brand strength in our market (attention + trust)
• A repeatable system (cadence, campaigns, reporting, improvement loops)
What you’ll do
• Set strategy, then drive execution (plans, deadlines, deliverables, owners)
• Run a weekly KPI cadence with actions tied to numbers
• Cut what’s not working and reallocate fast
• Build standards, checklists, and playbooks that enforce performance and consistency
• Lead a small team with tight follow-through and high expectations

Compensation
• Base Pay: $2,000–$3,500/month (experience-based)
• Performance-based upside tied to marketing results
• Seat on the EOS Leadership Team (participation during CT hours)
