JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Calling + Content + Outreach)

Company Overview:
We are a Los Angeles–based electrical distributor and wholesaler established in 2004. We supply contractors, developers, and builders with materials for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Our product lines include:
• Electrical materials (wire, panels, switchgear, breakers, switchboards)
• Lighting systems
• HVAC systems (including VRF)
• Air purifiers
• Kitchen appliances
• Water heaters
• Solar panels and battery systems
• EV chargers and energy solutions (ESS)

We are an authorized distributor for major brands including Siemens and other leading manufacturers. We focus on supplying full project packages with strong pricing and fast turnaround.

Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who knows how to market and generate business without being told what to do.

Your main goal is simple:
Bring in more customers and more projects.

This role includes:
• Lead generation
• Cold calling
• Marketing (content + outreach)

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and target:

Developers
General contractors
Builders
Homeowners with active projects
Construction job sites

• Generate leads using:

Google (search, maps)
LinkedIn
Construction/project databases
Permit and job tracking tools

• Perform daily cold calling to:

Contractors
Developers
Construction companies

• If assigned a product (example: fire alarm systems, HVAC, solar, etc.), you must:

Understand who needs it
Know where to find them
Reach out and pitch confidently

• Create marketing content:

Instagram posts
Short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style)
Flyers and promotional materials

• Come up with your own ideas for:

Lead generation
Marketing strategies
Outreach methods

• Track leads, calls, and progress

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must work 15 hours per week (5 hours/day, 3 days/week)
• Must align with Los Angeles (PST) business hours
• Must have experience in:

Cold calling
Lead generation
Marketing

• Must:

Know how to find contractors, developers, and job sites
Be able to market without constant direction
Work independently and take initiative

• Industry experience is a plus, but if not, you must be willing to learn quickly

Communication Requirements:

• Must speak clear, fluent English (no strong accent)
• Must be confident and professional on calls
• Must be persuasive and direct

Compensation:

• $3.25/hour
• 15 hours per week (5 hours/day, 3 days/week)
• Opportunity to increase hours based on performance

Important Notes:

• This is a long-term role
• Performance is based on results (leads + projects generated)
• You are expected to think, act, and execute without being told every step
• Being able to make flyers and marketing content is a plus and will be considered with priority
