JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Marketing & Lead Generation Assistant (Cold Email + Social Media) for Mobile Coffee & Event Vendor Brands
Type of Work: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overlap during US Central Time business hours
Pay: $500/month base, plus a commission bonus for every event booked
About Us
We run two growing brands in the event space:
The Grind Coffee Co is a mobile coffee trailer based in Neosho, Missouri. We serve weddings, corporate events, private caterings, fairs, festivals, and community events within about two hours of home base.
StreetSide is a mobile vendor network that connects event coordinators with food and drink vendors. Our motto is "Every vendor. Every event. One call."
We're looking for one sharp, self-driven marketer to fill our calendar and grow both brands.
What You'll Do
Lead generation and outreach
Build targeted lead lists of wedding planners, venues, event coordinators, corporate HR and event teams, schools, churches, festivals, and city event organizers
Write and send personalized cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences
Keep an organized record of every lead and conversation
Pass warm, interested leads to our booking team with clear notes
Report weekly on emails sent, replies, and bookings generated
Social media and brand building
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for both brands
Create posts, reels, and stories using Canva and CapCut
Write captions that drive inquiries and bookings
Respond to comments and DMs, and turn interest into leads
Keep a consistent posting schedule and share monthly growth numbers
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation, cold email, or appointment setting for US businesses
Experience growing social media for a small brand, with numbers to show for it
Strong written English and a friendly, natural writing style
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, or Lemlist
Comfort with Canva and CapCut
Experience tracking leads in a CRM or organized spreadsheet
Background in events, weddings, hospitality, catering, or food trucks is a strong plus
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
