At Yokly, we’re looking for a Marketing Lead who doesn’t just run campaigns — but owns the entire growth engine end to end. This role is for a strategic, data-driven marketer who knows how to turn positioning, funnels, and creative into qualified discovery calls for Sales.
You’ll lead a focused pod, collaborate closely with Design, Sales, and Operations, and run multi-channel campaigns with clear attribution, measurable results, and continuous optimization. If you love building systems, testing ideas, and seeing your work directly influence revenue — this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Design and manage multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn outreach + ads,
Define ICPs, offers, messaging maps, and test hypotheses that shape our go-to-market strategy.
Execution & Systems
Launch and oversee LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automations.
Maintain organized UTMs, campaign taxonomy, and tracking to ensure clean attribution.
Ensure seamless lead handoff into our in-house app/CRM — every lead counts.
Creative Collaboration
Lead creative briefs and SLAs with the Design team (social posts, reels, carousels, landing page blocks).
Review assets to ensure message-market fit, brand consistency, and compliance.
Uphold our brand pillars, style, and voice across all campaigns.
Proposals & Reporting
Build campaign proposals outlining goals, audience, offers, creative briefs, and budgets.
Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Optimization & Learning
Run A/B tests across hooks, offers, landing pages, and sequences.
Capture learnings and build playbooks to elevate future campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Client Success for smooth handoffs, data integrity, and feedback loops.
Be a communicator of wins, challenges, and insights across the team.
???? Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
3+ years in B2B / SaaS / performance marketing roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach,
Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns with strong attribution.
Strong skills in brief-writing, creative review, and campaign processes.
Analytical mindset; comfortable working with dashboards, UTMs, and performance data.
Excellent English communication skills.
Collaborative spirit; thrives in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in Fintech, Payments, or SaaS
Deep understanding of funnel optimization and landing-page experimentation
Familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing
