Job Overview:
I am looking for a strategic Marketing Specialist to help scale an investment sales operation. We focus on business owners and entrepreneurs who are looking to raise capital (PPMs, private equity, etc.). You will be responsible for completing our customer profiles, refining our website messaging, and executing outreach to high-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Persona Development: Finish our "Ideal Investor" and "Capital-Seeking Founder" profiles. You must understand the pain points of high-net-worth individuals.

Website Content & Conversion: Work with me to finalize website copy that builds authority. You should know how to turn a "visitor" into a "qualified lead."

High-Level Outreach: Manage LinkedIn and email campaigns targeting business owners. No "spammy" tactics—we use high-authority, executive-style communication.

Zoho Integration: (Bonus) Assist in ensuring marketing leads flow correctly into our Zoho CRM/Books ecosystem.

Required Experience:

Proven track record in B2B Marketing or Investor Relations.

Experience writing for a sophisticated audience (Business owners, CEOs, Investors).

Ability to think strategically about a "funnel"—from first touch to a signed PPM.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM workflows.
