We’re looking for someone who can execute, think, and improve systems, not just follow instructions.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role combines social media management, marketing strategy, paid ads support, and growth-focused thinking.
You will be involved in both execution and decision-making.
We are starting with approximately 25 hours per week, with the intention to ramp up to full-time in the near future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
Plan and schedule content for
Create content using Canva or similar tools
Write captions aligned with the brand voice
Respond to comments and basic messages
Marketing and Funnel Support
Understand and improve the full funnel from ads through to bookings and upsells
Identify weak points and suggest improvements
Assist with landing pages and marketing assets
Paid Ads Support (Meta)
Assist with campaign setup and testing
Suggest creative ideas and campaign angles
Review performance including leads, cost, and quality
Growth and Revenue Ideas
Suggest new offers, campaigns, and promotions
Contribute ideas to improve conversions and revenue
General Marketing Support
Upload content to websites or landing pages
Assist with
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with social media management
Experience with Meta Ads
Strong written English
Organized and reliable
Able to follow systems and suggest improvements
BONUS
Experience with lead generation businesses
Experience with landing pages such as Webflow or WordPress
Understanding of conversion tracking
Experience with Canva, Power platform or CRM tools
